I'm making a website for a group and I have it hosted and I set everything up properly (or so I think) but there's one strange problem...they can't access the website from their office network. From listening to them describe it, it seems like what they are seeing is the page you would see if a domain is parked but no website is up yet which makes me think they need to refresh their browsers but they've done that. Perhaps their router needs to clear its cache or something? idk
The website works fine for me and everyone else that I've told to visit it.

Might take a few days to a week to get dns replication to the entire world. They may need to put a hosts file entry in until their dns is updated. Be careful with hosts files, people forget they edited them.
Could be a cache deal. Try nslookup that site name and see if it is correct.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10

It would also depend on how they are configured for DNS.
Do they have a local Microsoft server suppling local dns? How are they getting to the internet?
Do they have a local domain name? And is it the same as the web domain name?
Have them do a ipconfig /all and post what the ip address is of their listed dns server(s).
