Dear guys, I am new to Network concept, and want to know that what the differences between Private IP and Valid IP are?What about Public IP in a LAN?is there any other type of IP except than those I said?

There are 2 types of IP addresses: public and private. Public IP addresses are accessible from the Internet, while Private IP addresses are not. You would use private addresses in a LAN for more security, and have one computer that acts as the gateway and runs a NAT (network address translater,) which would translate the private address into a public one for Internet access.
