OS: Windows XP SP3
Product: Linksys Wrt54g2 wireless g router
Subcategory: Routers and Hubs
Comment:

Bought the Linksys WRT54GS2 Wireless G Router and hooked it up on my desktop (wired) The day I hooked it up my printer(also wired & connected to same desktop) was working fine but went to print that night & nothing happened. When I hit the printer icon, something called WebEx Document Loader pops up and says letter not loaded in any tray. Can you explain how (in plain english) I can get this Printer to work without having to disconnect the router and all?

Is the printer connected by a USB cable? If you open the printer folder do you see the printer & is it marked ready? If so, right click on it, left click on properties & print test page. Does it print?

Sorry it took so long, been in the other room trying to get notebook to work w/ this thing. I did as you said and it printed the test page just fine. It still is not working with the program that I use for posters/ business card (I'm trying to print both for my husband this weekend) and the printer is connected to the computer by a cable.

What's the error message? Have you searched it on Google? Does it print from Notepad? Yes, I know it's a cable! My crystal ball is broken. What kind of cable??

LOL! I don't know much about all this...the last time I moved my computer I painted all the wires and where they went in nail polish using a different color for each thing that needed to be connected! (Hey it worked!) I'm not sure if it's usb or what...it has the same end as the wireless adapter I bought for my notebook so I am assuming thats what it is. It just plugs in and does not have the things on the side to screw in.
I haven't seen an error message, it just does nothing when I try to print from that program (Print Shop 12). I did just get it to print this page though.

I think the problem is with the program, not the printer.

Thanks for all ur help...I think I figured it out...apparently when I installed Router printer setting went to this other thing (Web Ex Document Loader) when I either agreed to share the printer or this temporay thing (Network magic) they want you to buy did it automaticley.
Now I just have to hope everything will work tommorow when the trial expires but I didn't download that to my notebook as they suggested so hopefully every thing will be okay...If not, I'll be back!! LOL
