I share my roommate's printer(he runs win98) and it takes about 4 minutes to send the file, locking my computer up during that period. I am using netbeui because I couldnt get anything else to work on his computer. Can someone tell me how to get access to his computer either using tcp/ip(we share a cable modem through a hub without a firewall) or tell me how I can increase the speed while still using netbeui?

Why can't you use TCP/IP between them?
