Print Spooler Not Running

When I try to use a wireless connected pritner it is unable to connect. When I view the properties the message I get is that the print spooler is not running. When I check the print spooler on both the server and the remote computer are started. I tried to restart both and the both started just fine but I still cannot connect. Any suggestions?
