My printer is an HP Officejet 4315v All-in-one.It is hardwired to my desktop PC. It is set up as a shared printer on my home network. The desktop will print just fine. The wireless laptop will not print. When I click the print button, the printer window opens and has a message..Unable to connect.
If I right click printer icon and choose properties, I get, printer properties cannot be displayed. The print spooler is not running.
