I need to render a workgroup invisible from other computers on the network... or failing that, inaccessible from outside the workgroup.
I have 5 XP pro /Fat32 boxes workgrouped and linked through a hub, which is itself connected to a corporate LAN (in order to use their internet connection). "Simple File Sharing " is disabled, and "File and Printer Sharing" is bound to IPX. IP addresses are dynamically assigned.
Currently, shared folders are accessible from outside the workgroup, which they shouldnt be. It seems easiest to simpley render the workgroup invisible from other computers on the network... is this possible ??
