I am at a college in NH. There is a firewall that has a tighter ass then jeniifer lopez. I want to play party poker but uses prot # 4845 or something like that to connect. the firewall blocks that port. but doesnt block port 21. is there any program or wayto direct party pokers connection to run thru port 21 ?

If they blocked it, they obviously don't want you doing it. If you were to find a way around it, they may be logging internet activity and see you're doing something you're not supposed to be doing, and then shut your port down to deny you all internet activity.
Many colleges do such things with their firewalls these days.

Uh, no. Even if you could make the program work through port 21 on your end, the server would be looking for traffic on the regular port.
