port forwarding router behind a router

hi... i'm newbie here... sorry for my bad english...

i want to ask a question about setting port forwarding on a router that behind a router...

my office had just buy cctv... the problem is I can't make my port forwarding work...

i have 2 router... the first router is an dsl router that doesn't have port forwarding feature, the 1st router ip is 192.168.1.1 ... and connected to a few computer... so i bought the second router linksys E1200 that connect to the first router as well... i use ip for the 2nd is 192.168.1.2 ... my dvr router is 192.168.1.199 ...
the first router have a static ip 203.142.xx.xxx ... for the 2nd router i can also give a static ip 203.142.xx.xxz... i had setting the port forwarding in for my dvr... but it doesn't work...
can anyone help guide me for setting those router please??? i really appreciated it... thank you very much...

I would suggest you get rid of the crappy router all together and have only the port forwarding capable one connected to the internet.

I'd buy a switch and plug it into a LAN port on the router if I needed more ports.
