Hey! I have Exchange Server 2003 working PERFECTLY on my domain. My internal domain and public dns is the same. Now, heres the big problem. I have residental (i cant afford business), with dynamic ip address, but ip has been the same since more than a year ago, so I decided to get the dns website to point my public dns name to my ip address. Port 80 and 25 was not blocked and that is why my email and web server worked flawlessly until a couple of months ago, my IP address blocked port 25 because of SPAM, so they use instead 587. Now, heres the big problem. My exchange server is now not working anymore. I cannot send or recieve mail using my exchange server. Other than going for the business email, I want to be able to host mail even though Port 25 is blocked. How do I do this?

Have your checked, whether your IP hasn't changed.
Anyway, this isn't a reason for, why you can't send E-Mails anymore. But, If your IP-address normally is a dynamic one, you will be blocked by most other E-Mail servers. Providers normally do block mails from Mail-servers with dynamic ip to avoid SPAM-servers to send a whole bunch of mails form their own mail server.
