Specs: Windows XP
When I am connecting BSNL Broadband with USB port in my Desktop computer it showing at the right hand side of the bottom corner taht speed 10mbps.Whereas when i am connecting it with LAN in my Laptop it shows speed 100mbps. What is the difference?

Mbps (megabit per second) is the maximum amount of data, that can be transfered in one second.

So at the bottom line, the difference is the speed of the connection.
