The most common reason people ask how to unlock laptop bios passwords is because the laptop is no longer in the hands of the legitimate owner. If you are a "computer engineer" (whatever that means) and have legitimate possession of such laptops then unlocking is usually achieved by sending the machine to the manufacturer together with proof of ownership.

Most manufactures have a master password generator. You call... give them the numbers that appears on the screen and they generate the password for you. Must show proof of ownership.
