please help me on how to my router

I have my etherfast cable dsl router 4-port switch ( model no. BEFSR41 VER. 4.2 ). Is it useful connecting it with prolink ADSL2+modem/router provided by the telephone company. I wanted to connect my other computer so that we can use them all at the same time. I tried to connect it but it is not working. can you help me on how it will work

There is no need for two routers. Everything can be done with the router from the phone company. How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.
