Hi. I keep getting driver irql is not less than or equal crashes on winxp and they point to the file tcpip.sys most of the time. Some other times they point to the file wg111v2. I have the netgear dg834g wireless modem router and i am running a wireless ADSL broadband connection in the UK with AOL. Two PCs are connected wirelessly with the wg111v2 USB adapters. There are currently no software or windows firewalls activated on the 2 pcs just the Router firewall. It seems to crash at random when i am running 1 p2p sharing program, but internet explorer never seems to crash on either of the computers.

I posted a message before detailing other crashes i get with 'Soulseek' so i avoided using 'Soulseek' and used other p2p programs but still get crashes! And i have tried all the port forwarding stuff out that i can think of.

Please help asap! Thanks!

My suspicion for this STOP ERROR is a buggy (defective) Driver or a Firmware problem (BIOS issue) and most likely from your description, the culprit is either your wireless router or USB Adapter.

My suggestion is to go to the Netgear Website to look for updated Drivers for the USB adapters and or Firmware for the Modem/Router.
