pix icmp blocking all traffic

hi i was testing the configuration to block icmp traffic in pix 515E basically i want pix to block my internal system's ping request to the specific server let suppose 210.51.20.100 the configuration is: static (inside,outside) 210.51.20.100 192.168.50.5 netmask 255.255.255.255 access-list acl_ping deny icmp host 192.168.50.5 host 210.51.20.100 access-group acl_ping in interface inside problem: when i am doing this its is blocking all traffic Question: where to put access-group command at inside to outside interface? Thank you
