I'm guessing you meant PC 1 can't ping PC 2 and vice versa. Is this correct?

Why does PC 1 have the following added to it's NIC:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.200.21
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.8.74.1

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

Are you trying to ping by hostname or IP?
