personal area network not opening webpages

Specs: windows ce 5.2 , omap 64mb

i have a PAN which i created with my pc and my htc excalibur which supports PAN over a bluetooth although the PAN is working as i can see it in the task bar but it cant open web page in as much as the device can browse perfectly well please guys what is wrong
