Hi, I have a pentium-S 133 mhz with windows95 on it. I have exactly the same kind 3 more computers. This particular computer does not have a "user" icon in the control panel for me to ADD the others users on the network. All the protocols, adapter drive etc are in place. But since I am not able to ADD the other computers as users I am not able to link with the others. Let me know what I should do? The Neighbournetwork opens into the workgroup and than that opens into an other window where I can see only the said computer. Please advice.

I would reinstall from the cabs to see if that will restore the users function. Enter C:\Windows\Options\Cabs\setup at the run command.

Are these computers from a former businees? If so there is a good chance that they may have poledit on them. Administrators frequently used poledit back in the days of 95 to lock down machines.
You might be better off wiping the drives with fdisk and format, then installing a new OS. I think you would happier with windows 98 anyway.
