What drive letter did windows give it? Right click on the drive and share it. Use the drive letter or the name of the drive in place of the C$.

for a pen drive you will have to set up a share. the C drive is automatically set to share as you have noticed it is alos a hidden share as denoted by the $ at the end of the share name which in this case is C.
so explorer right click then select share and allow the person to use it.
access the drive through \\pcname\ then the drive letter. or share name if you chose to give it one.

all text needs typos. There there for the reader to find,to distract them from the total lack of content.
google it! wasnt the answer to the question i asked so dont be dense and give me that repl
