Im trying to connect to a computer using PCAnywhere 12. PCAnywhere says its connecting but after a few seconds it give me a message: 'Selected computer is not responding. Connection cannot be made.' I have a VPN connection to these servers and if I use the internal IP address I can connect fine. I thought it might be a firewall problem so I put the computer in the DMZ and it gives me the same results. I checked the DNS of my other servers and matched it to another that is working, no change. If someone could give me some suggestion I would greatly appreciate it.

Normally it is a port open issue. I can't imagine why an ISP would deny the ports for pca. Why not use the vpn? Are you sure that your outside isn't trying to use the vpn access?
I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.

Well I re-installed on one of servers that was having the problem and it fixed it. Now Im getting the same problem on another server, getting block in the external and internal. The reinstall only fix the internal.
Im not sure if the outside IP is trying to use the vpn access. I type an external IP, if thats what you mean.
