pc, mac and hp printer networking

I have 1) mac 1) ME, 2 win 2000 worstation, hp printer and 5 port hub connecting to cable modem with dynamic ip. my question is
1) I want all the pc and the mac to talk to each other 2) I want all the pc and the mac to be able to print 3) all the the pc and the mac share there hard drives
I am thinking to get linksys router but it only comes with 4 port but i can use 1 port linksys router and use a hub and asign static 192.168.x.x to the lan but agian how i can do this I have no idea please help
