Dear All,

Can someone please give me an urgent response. I need to find a specific pc that a user is using, either through the command line or any way that someone can think of. I want to remote control there pc, and rather than me either contacting the user or having to physically walking to the pc, its hassle. We used to be able to use WINS and at the command prompt resolve the IP Address being leased to computername. And now we have upgraded from NT4.0 to Windows 2000 Active Directory we dont have WINS service running, only DNS???

An urgent respose will be great.
