Comment:
I have been sharing folders between my two computers at home and everything worked perfectly fine until yesterday. Started yesterday, I am not sure why, but computer B can no longer access the drive/folder on computer A, due to incorrect account/password, and keeps locking the account on computer A. Does anyone know why this could happen?
Disconnect computer A from network, go to computer A to check the username/password again. Also check the folder sharing configuration, see any changes. Make sure you are the only one that have admin right on computer A, so no others can access and change the setting.
You should also scan the computer for virus/worm and adware by using antivirus and adware removal tools..Might be hacked if you are bad luck..
