Pages take too long to reload...

Refreshing/reloading pages with the F5 button in any of the browsers I use takes forever. The pages load slowly, often the page goes completely white for a few secs before the page finally does load.
It's the same in IE, FF, Opera, Chrome, Orca Browser.

Could be a router problem. If you use a router to connect to the internet, you may have to look for a firmare update.

Oh ZoneAlarm. Have you checked, what ZoneAlarm is blocking, while you're surfing? Sometimes it blocks more than it should.

Thing is, I've been using Zonealarm for months and this issue I have now only started a a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed the settings on anything.
I could try playing around with Zonealarm I guess but I'm not sure what to change.
