Outlook Group/umknown domain

Microsoft xp Outlook

Specs: Windows XP
I have been sending to 6 of my friends for over a year via outlook group mail, but it now keeps being returned saying:
The following message to <TuesdayGang> was undeliverable.The reason for the problem:5.1.1 - Bad destination email address 'invalid domain "": no dot found'
can you please help. I can send to them all individually.

recreate the group with the known good/tested email addresses

Try to send an email to that same address from a different account.

By "Outlook group mail" do you mean a Distribution list?

thank you for the reply - hhhmmm sounds similar.
Myself and 5 friends are volunteers and I email them regularly, so to speed things up I grouped them all together in what OULOOK call "group mail" You selected a title for the group ie: "tuesdaygang" and them just select from your contacts whom you wish to be in it. It has been working fine for ages but alas is now not.

It sounds like one of the entries of "tuesdaygang" isn't correct.

you can spend hours not seeing the forest for the trees. simply recreate from the known good addresses.
