outlook express on two platforms at the same time

I have a mac and an android connected to a wireless network and can not open outlook express on both at the same time. Is that just the way it is.

You may have to clarify your question as Outlook Express is a Windows program, there isn't an Android version and, AFAIK not a MAC version.

If you mean that you are trying to access your emails from two different devices, then that really depends on how your email system is set up to handle emails once retrieved, whether they are set to be removed or remain on the server for the second system to access.

I have a nexus tablet and a mac desktop. When the desktop is running I can not reach the server on the nexus. When the desktop off I can connect the nexus to server. If i then turn on the desktop to access mail I get a a statement from the desktop that the server for mail is busy. The mail program I am using is outlook express on both the mac and the nexus.
