What model of Cisco router? What is maxtnt RAS? Do you know what OSPF is and what exactly is it you're trying to achieve?

yeah ospf isnot that easy to configure you will have to set up neighbors what kind of connection is between the two
you will also need to know how to calculate the wild card mask as this is the requirement.

cisco commands are:

router ospf 1
neighbor 192.168.1.1
network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255 area 0

this will get you one end but you really need to read up on it
