OS: WinXP Pro
CPU/Ram: Dual Xeon 1.4Ghz-1Gig rdr

I am trying to implement a multimedia server station in my house. This will serve up multimedia files, act as a media center to TV, a broadband router/firewall, ftp server and game server.
Is XP Pro the way to, because it will be a major media center for DVD, Audio-Tv/Entertainment center.
