whenever i try to open the sites orkut and youtube the browser closes abruptly and gives the message orkut is banned....the anti virus does not detect any virus...whats the problem??

Are you by any chance using a School or Collage network to access the Internet. If so then that is the reason for the ban. Speak with your IT administrators.

i m using a private internet connection....the problem was a file in the os drive called heap41a....had to delete it to remove da problem....thanx for the response...
