Operating with two EV-DO USB modems

Huawei / Ec226

Specs: Windows Vista
My case.
I am connected to an internet provider through a huawei ev-do modem (ec226). I pay some USD30 per month for this, but I don't use up the 6GB cap that I am given. My brother wanted to open an internet account as well, but I thought, he could also use my account since he also lives in an area within the ev-do network coverage. My understanding is that all he needs is another ev-do modem with which he can dial into the same server, using my username and password. Is this possible??

If this is a 56Kb analogue dial-up service then yes he can although you both wont be able to log in at the same time.

If it is a broadband service then no he can't.

Being a USB modem it sounds like the latter.
