Okay I have the game Socom 3 for the PS2 and it was not letting me connect to the online community through the ps2. So I called Sony about this and they gave me some ports I need to open. Can anyone tell me how I can do this?
Here are the ports they gave me: tcp10070 thru 10080 80 udp 10070 6000 thru 7000 50000
Thats how they read it off to me so im not sure if its formatted correctly.

Knowing the make/model of you router would be helpful. However, not necessary if you can read/understand the manual for your router. It should have an explanation on configuring forwarding for these ports.

you probably access your router using your web browser. If you dont want to add all those in there and your router supports it, just DMZ ur ps2's IP.
