My mother got this computer to use for the summer from her school. She went up in the mountains and connected to a local wireless network called ACTIONTEC. Now, down here, it doesn't work.
Before she went up, we had perfect connection and many networks to choose from. Now there's only one. We need to get back to the home wireless network we had before. Is there any way we can do that?

most wireless software allows you to create multiple wireless profiles. You should be able to save the present one and then create a new one for your present location. You will need the ssid, encryption passphrase/what level of encryption [wpa/wep whatever] to set this up.
