Specs: Windows Vista
I acquired Centurylink today and currently have Hughesnet. Centurylink said if I had highspeed internet already, I didn't need any further equipment. How do I hook up a phone line based highspeed internet to my existing router

By connecting the WAN port of the router to the LAN port of the modem. But you can only connect one modem to the router.

jheffler you need to ask better questions.

Hugesnet seems to be satellite internet.
Centurylink provides broadband, entertainment and voice services
Not clear what they use.

jheffler ask them how their service in coming into your residence [telephone wire, cable, what?], what services they are providing and what equipment is required to do this. They may offer you installation services. You can get that here if we know what equipment you are using.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
