Hello Friends.
Sorry for bad English.
I have two different networks. one with 8 pc's and other have 50 pc's. both the networks have their own dsl modem for internet access. my first LAN network have 1 MB connection and other has 8 MB. now I want to share some data like movies, songs etc to both networks. I have a PC with winxp pro with two nic's. what I should do so my both networks can access files from my PC. I have only a little knowledge about networking.
My first network has an ip range of to where is default gateway.
My other network has also above settings. Now what is the method best for me to manage share my PC files for both networks.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

You would need two NIC's in the PC. Each configured for (and plugged in to) one of your two networks. This way you could access the PC from either network and it could access both as well.

NIC1 = network 1
NIC2 = network 2
