Hi
I have my network card: "Realtek RTL8029(AS) PCI Ethernet Adapter"
What is its speed per second in mega bytes.
Is it from 10mbps to 100mbps.If yes then on whcih device speed depends.????????

actually its mega-bits. (8 bits to the byte)

Unless you have a mass network of computers you wouldnt notice a differnce..

for cable/dsl.. just let it choose it automatically u wouldnt notice a difference ( you would tho if you changed ur buffer rate speed) Www.speedguide.net

there is a way to change it manually but it can screw it up (ie making it slower if its not set on automatic) you can change it buy your device manager and ur either net card properties

If you have a 10/100 card it means you can have either 10 or 100 mega bits. Like if you have a hub that's 10 mega bits opposed to a 10/100 hub your card cant get 100 mega bits cuz the hub only allows 10.
