old work group lingers in Neighborhood

Just setup NT server. All windows 98 clients are logged on with domain and new workgroup name. But old workgroup is still present, just as it was. I don't need it anymore!
What am I missing here?

In a dos window on the servers, run the command ARP ? to get instructions on how to delete a static entry.
