Not obtaining ip from router(DHCP)

Product: Dell / 5502ZWXCI

DHCP is configured in the router and all the Windows XP and win98 systems are able to obtain IP from DHCP. but windows vista is unable to obtain IP from DHCP

You do have the NIC set to DHCP right?

Also, have you checked to ensure you have a working patch cable?
