Non Existing Domain on w2003 server

Hello Guys,
I have a problem with DNS on local nic. When i do a nslookup, it give me a non existing domain responce, when i ping the server ip .. the name is good so also ping the name. The most problem is, we don't see anny client computers in the network browser. The server self is give me all the computer name's.
I think that i don't know DNS anny more.
Can someone help me, please (Maby you need more information about server configuration, i will give you the information)
