I'm trying to turn my Belkin wireless g router (model no F5D7230-4) into a Access Point. So that it can connect to my Belkin N ( model no F5D8233-4v3) router to extend my wireless signal. But I can't find the wireless bridging option on the routers. I've updated the firmware through the router settings but I still can't find it!
It may not be available. Check with the manufacture tech support to be sure. Most Routers do not provide this because it makes it a techsupport nightmare for them. If this is the case then you may have to consider a better router or flashing it with an Open WRT like DD-WRT. Just be careful because when you do this you may brick the device if you do not know what you are doing.
Thanks for the reply. Most guides on the Internet I've seen use the same router that I do. With regards to flashing the router with DD-WRT my router is not supported :(
