No share between 2 networks

I have 2 separate networks : Net1 : IP : 192.168.1.6 - 192.168.1.20 Net2 : IP : 198.123.6.2 - 198.123.6.50 I have a server with windows 2003 and 2 Network adapters connected with 2 hubs .This server has internet so i use ICSH to enable internet in 2 LANS. But i don't want users in 2 lan's to see each other. What can i do ?

put in a managed switch that supports vlans so you can physically segment your network.

ok , but i think is something that i can do in server to prevent users in one network to see users in other network ? If i disable File and print sharing on 2 NIC's in server , does this prevent sharing between 2 networks ?

Open a command prompt window on the server and check your routing tables. (using the "route print" command).
If there are no routes between the two subnets, they won't "see" each other or be able to communicate.
