no network adapters found

I cant connect to the internet because i can find any network adapters, I installed the card driver but nothing happened, help please

Right click on My Network Places and select "Properties" from the menu that comes up. Look in the window that opens for "Local Area Connection". Is it enabled or disabled? If disabled, enable it (right click on the adapter and select "enable") and see if that doesn't fix the issue.
If it's not a disabled NIC open your Device Manager and see if there's an exclamation mark beside the Network Adapter and report back to us.
