When the computer starts up it often has a hard time finding the internet on my wireless network. It usually shows that its connected to the network but can't identify the name of the network and can't connect to the internet. I can correct the problem by disconnecting and reconnecting to the network connection which solves both the internet and network recognition problem but I'd like to fix the source of the problem so I don't have to disconnect and reconnecting all the time after I start up.
All the other computers running XP work fine on the wireless network just this new one running Vista has this problem. I'm using a Netgear WGR614 802.11g router and all the computers are using Netgear WG311 v3 wireless adapters.

Have you tried removing the wireless card in Device Manager and rebooting?
