So what are you trying to install, on what hardware, and what OS (XP as in your profile?)? Give us just one tiny clue - the guys here aren't mind readers. Having said that, I'd guess that the problem is that there are no Intel Adapters on your computer.

No one can give you any sensible help until you tell us what hardware you have. The message is telling you that you do not have an Intel ethernet adapter. What makes you think that you do?
