Microsoft has an utillity package to make a ms-dos connection via your NIC. I don't remeber its name, being at home I can't check. It is being shipped with the NT4 server CD-ROM's. Check the micorosoft-site. I'm sure it's there somewhere.

If you have the user's manual for Windows 98, there's a card inside that lets you order the installation media on 38 floppy diskettes.
Even if you don't have the card, you can call Microsoft and they should accommodate you.

I think the most easiest way is to utilize the communication ports and connect the laptop to the main comp via a Direct Cable connection. I've tried this Direct cable connection but it wasn't a success. Is there anyone who can help us.
