had router 3 weeks,all ok. now no broadband on
desk top or laptop.all correct lights show and all
connections secure .after thorough
systems check by broadband supplier
ok,disconnected router from system and
broadband back.router u.s?HELP!!!

I would start by recycling the power on your router. Unplug it, count to 10 slowly and then plug it back in. Check your laptop and desktop after it's done booting. If they're working, it could have been just a glitch within the router.

I would check the router's firmware and update it if there is a more recent update available.

If recycling the power doesn't work, then your router may be broken.
