First connect by wire. Open your browser and type in http://192.168.0.1, to configure your router, if it isn't already. Username by factory default is admin without a password, if you haven't changed. Configure wireless SSID, encryption a.s.o.
Configure your laptops wireless with the same SSID and encryption key.
Unplug the wire and restart windows.
