I'm trying to get a few idea's out for my boss. Basically we work outside and use laptops on the field. Every night he takes the computers out of the vehicles, physically syncs them to his main computer using Microsoft access. He would like to go wireless by using most likely clear wire. And be able to sync to the laptops via microsoft access wirelessly. I'm wondering what kind of networking /server he should possibly use? Thanks for the help

Why don't you set up a shared folder and then Make Files Available offline, then any changes on the laptops when they aren't connected to the network will sync automatically when they are connected, then if you want to do it wirelessly, get a wireless router in your network. This link may help.
