Networking Xp with a Mac Mini

Specs: Windows XP
Good afternoon this is my first time on this forum.

I am having huge problems at the moment trying to set
up my laptop as the main server in the house.

What I want to be able to do is share my internet via
wireless with my mac but using the laptop as the main
access point to the internet. Basically the modem
must be plugged into the laptop.

I do have a dlink router by my laptop and my Mac are
both wireless and also have wired conections.

I would be creatfull if anybody can help solve this
problem for me .

The simple solution would be a wireless router, or since you already have a router that isn't wireless capable, an access point (AP).

You could try using XP's "ICS" (internet connection sharing) and see if that might not work. It should, but I can't say for sure myself as I've never tried to use it in with a wireless NIC.
