Hi, i've just installed Vista on my main computer, i can connect to the internet no problem, my other computer has XP Pro on it and can also access the internet through my netgear router.
I cannot access any folders on the Vista machine except the public folder from the XP.
I can see other folders from the XP machine that i have set to share on the vista machine, but, cannot access them.
The network icons advise me that i am connected to the network.
I can access any shared folder on the XP from the Vista machine.

I have the latest 2007 norton internet security, in the 2006 edition it was easy to set the firewall allowed list.
From what i can see the norton is not the block, i don't want to try disabling it to try if there are others out there who can help.

Thanks in advance
