I am having problems setting up a workgroup between 5 pc's all running the exact OS and hardware. Here's the setup of the network: router connected to asdl plugged into a 10/100 hub - all 5 pc's have internet connection no probs... from the hub - 3 pc's in one room are connected... a cable then connects the hub to an identical hub in another room. that hub has 2 pc's connected to it. Through this setup, all pc's have internet connection. I have set up a workgroup called COLLEGE and all the pc's have the identical workgroup name. the router ip address is 192.168.0.1 and i have set each LAN connection to assign an ip address automatically. Simple file sharing is enabled on all pc's. i can ping the rounter address 192.168.0.1 from all pc's fine. What i can't do is actually see any pc's from any of the workstations. In other words, there doesnt seem to be a workgroup connection. I have no idea what ive dont wrong and would really appreciate some help! Thanks!
